Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Nuvola Cleaning Co. LLC, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies:

 

Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be provided once scheduled.

 

Deposits

We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain services, including one time cleans, deep cleans,

and move in/move out cleans, 

Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service

 

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.

 

No Show Policy

If a client is not present and access is not provided, a 100% service charge may apply.

 

Arrival Window

We provide an estimated arrival window. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Condition of Space

Pricing is based on expected conditions. Excessively dirty or hazardous environments may result in additional charges.

 

Lockouts

If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee will be charged.

 

Payment

Payment is due the same day unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in service suspension, and legal action.

 

Agreement

By booking with Nuvola Cleaning Co. LLC, you agree to these policies.
